Sign-up today for our next offering from our Wisconsin Nonprofit Connect to Learn Team: Evaluating Outcomes. This four-week mini-course will equip nonprofit leaders with the skills to assess and communicate the effectiveness of their programs and services. Participants will identify what outcomes they want their programs and services to achieve, develop a plan to evaluate if they are achieving them, and explore ways to communicate their organization’s impact.
Through this course, participants will:
- Develop relationships with other nonprofit professionals to support your organization’s growth.
- Identify specific and measurable outcomes linked to community needs, and develop a simple theory of change for your organization.
- Develop a plan for evaluating your organization’s desired outcomes, including specific evaluation methods and questions.
- Identify strategies to communicate the impact of your organization’s efforts effectively.
The course will begin on Wednesday, October 9, 2024 and occurs every Wednesday through October 30, 2024. The first two weeks (10/9 & 10/16) class runs from 9:30am-12:30pm. The second two weeks (10/23 & 10/30) the class runs from 9:30am-11:30am.
The course is delivered virtually using Zoom and online course software called Canvas.
