FoodWIse and Health and Well-Being

Extension provides education to help families manage money wisely as well as parenting practices to help parents and children build healthy relationships for a lifetime of success, important to Wisconsin’s social and economic future. Programs respond to individual, family and community needs with research-based education and partnerships that support Wisconsin families and communities.

Stay Well, Age Well – Senior Newsletter

The Fond du Lac/Sheboygan FoodWIse Program offers a monthly senior newsletter. This is an effective way to get out the most relevant and current nutrition information, while also prioritizing health and safety. Each newsletter is one page (front and back) with highlights on nutrition, food safety, food budgeting, and a recipe.

This newsletter was formerly named “Stay Home, Stay Healthy.”
