WELCOME Christine! The new FoodWIse Educator

Christine Birschbach has joined UW Madison Division of Extension in Fond du Lac County as a FoodWise Nutrition Educator.

Christine has a bachelor’s degree in health and wellness Management from UW-Stevens Point. She also has a background in Early Childhood Education.

Christine is excited to be joining the Extension team and is looking forward to teaching the local community about nutrition and making healthy lifestyle choices. In her spare time, Christine enjoys spending time with her family, camping, and trail running.
