Administrative Assistant – Marketing/Communications – This position serves in an administrative support role and develops and coordinates marketing functions with Extension-Fond du Lac County UW-Division of Madison staff to achieve the Extension purpose “to teach, learn, lead and serve, connecting people with the University of Wisconsin, and engaging with them in transforming lives and communities.”
The person will use organizational, secretarial and customer service skills to maintain a high-functioning office environment. This position will also collaborate with staff to creatively write, design, edit and produce promotional and marketing materials across a variety of formats appealing to a range of diverse audiences.
Required Training and Experience: A minimum of an Associate’s Degree in marketing, communications, or related field, or work experience in these areas. Full-time position, scheduled 36 hours per week and eligible for full benefits.
