Ages and Stages of Child Development

The ASQ-3 wall is available on the 3rd floor of the Fond du Lac City/County Government Center for parents of children 5 years and younger to check on their child’s development at no charge. If you are not aware of what you can learn from the ASQ-3 wall please read more.

*ASQ-3 is a screening system composed of 21 questionnaires designed to be completed by parents or other primary care givers at any point for a child between 1 month and 5 1/2 years of age.

*ASQ-3 can identify infants or young children who are in need of further assessment to determine if they are eligible for early intervention services.

Below cutoff-Further assessment with professional may be needed
