Joe and Jeff are neighbors with a shared well who tested it in the UW-Extension program offered this month in the Town of Empire. They attended the educational program along with 60  other residents to learn the results and ask questions of Dr. Paul McGinley, acting director of the Center for Watershed Science and Education at UW-Stevens Point. Township-wide results were in the expected range, with a few location-specific problems identified for individual well users.
