This year has brought many challenges and surprises to dairy producers across Eastern Wisconsin with market drops and rallies, price spreads, changing milk production levels, and banner crop production.  How can we make sound management decisions as markets and prices remain volatile?

“Dairy Market & Nutrition Update” is the second webinar in the “Farm Management Update for Ag Professionals Fall 2020 Series” which will take place in monthly sessions. In the October update, we will discuss what to expect out of dairy markets for the remainder of 2020 into 2021.

October 22 Agenda:

  • Pandemic, Prices and PPDs… What will 2021 Offer? – Dr. Mark Stephenson, UW Center for Dairy Profitability Director
  • Feeding the 2020 Corn Silage Crop – Dr. Luiz Ferrareto, UW-Madison Department of Dairy Science & Extension Ruminant Nutrition Specialist

There is no charge for the webinar, and it is open to everyone who has an interest in this topic.
