Screening Site At The WIC Office

Diane Fett, Fond du Lac County Birth to 3 Director, Colleen Deanovich, Fond du Lac County WIC Director and Jean Weston Fond du Lac County Maternal Child Health Coordinator are pleased to announce the implementation of a developmental screening site at the WIC office. The site offers the Ages and Stages Questionnaires for parents to complete depending on the age of their child. The questionnaires are scored and follow-up is provided as needed. This site was made possible with support from the Fond du Lac County Community Partnership for Young Children (SPROUT) with additional funding provided by The Governor’s Investing Early Grant, The Northeast Regional Center for Children and Youth with Special Health Care Needs, The Family Resource Center of Fond du Lac County, and the Fond du Lac Area United Way.

The ASQ board is located on the 3rd floor of the city county building.
