NEW Air Coalition
The Fond du Lac County NEW Air Coalition, which is comprised of representatives from business, industry, education and government, hopes to make a positive difference in air quality that can, in the long-term, affect human health and ensure economic prosperity.
The Coalition is proud of Fond du Lac County’s current “attainment” status with the EPA for ozone. Attainment means the county has attained acceptable air quality. A “non-attainment” designation results in additional emissions regulations which could have a serious impact on the area’s businesses and economy. More on ozone non-attainment (exit to WDNR).
