All leaders (youth and adult) are invited to attend the annual leader training on Wed., January 30^th from
6-8 p.m. This year’s training is “All Together, Not All the Same” and will focus on the need to ensure that all youth and adults feel welcome and that they belong in the program.

Participants will explore the diversity that exists in their community, recognize their own cultural lens and how it impacts the way they relate to others. Participants will also learn tools and strategies for working across differences in 4-H. All 4-H Chartered clubs and groups need to have at least one adult enrolled volunteer attend. While at least one adult is required, I would love to see all adult volunteers and youth there.
