Ready to Move Your Farm Records from a Shoebox to a Strategy?

We know that every farm operation has a list of “someday” tasks. Often, organizing essential documents and financial records sits right at the top of that list. Whether preparing for an emergency or long-term transition planning, having your vital records in order is one of the best gifts you can give your family and your business.

We invite you to join UW-Madison Division of Extension for “Shoebox to Strategy: Organizing Your Farm Legacy,” a virtual workshop series that provides a step-by-step roadmap to help you build a centralized collection of key documents, moving them from a “shoebox” into a strategic binder and spreadsheet.

Program Details:

  • Dates: Four required sessions (Nov. 13, Jan. 8, Jan. 22, Feb. 5) and two optional sessions (Feb. 19, Mar. 5)
  • Time: Noon–1:30 p.m. via Zoom
  • Cost: $250 per farm, which covers up to two people
