We hope you will join our Winter 2024 Wisconsin Nonprofit Connect to Learn cohort as we explore how to Build Belonging in Organizations! As challenges that nonprofits and institutions face continue to mount, it is more crucial than ever to build organizations where “Belonging” is prioritized. This multi-week course will begin on Wednesday, January 17, and conclude in late February. Through this course, participants will:
- Gain a greater understanding of their own social identity and how social identity impacts “Belonging” through individual reflection and group discussion.
- Gain the processes and tools necessary to measure and build “Belonging” within their own organization.
Gain a greater understanding of levels within systems to overcome resistance to change.
