Building on the asset mapping and research from last month, June and July focused on turning those findings into practical tools and stronger local connections. To help our nonprofit partners act on shared priorities without administrative burnout, I helped design a streamlined messaging, database, and document repository system. This new system simplifies communication workflows and safeguards institutional knowledge, helping local NPOs stay organized and focused on their core missions.
At the same time, the research has continued to drive real-world conversations. I’ve been meeting directly with community members and local stakeholders to validate our initial findings and listen to emerging needs on the ground. These insights are directly shaping an upcoming leadership training program designed to equip local changemakers with actionable tools for root-cause problem solving. Stay tuned as we prepare to launch this initiative in the coming months!
