Extension’s Financial Wellness at Work program offers a comprehensive suite of free, research-based financial education resources that Fond du Lac County employers can share with their employees. These tools include downloadable flyers, personal finance workbooks, short educational videos, and interactive workshops led by UW-Extension financial educators. Topics range from budgeting and saving to credit management, retirement planning, and understanding insurance. By providing these resources, employers can help their workforce build financial literacy, reduce stress related to money management, set financial goals and improve overall well-being. Financially secure employees are often more focused, productive, and engaged at work. Offering these resources also demonstrates an employer’s commitment to supporting the holistic needs of their team.
