4-H Teen Leaders Association
Members of the 4-H Teen Leaders Association (TLA) provide and promote leadership, service, and recreational activities for 4-H teens, in addition to promoting 4-H to potential new 4-H members.
Any 4-H member who has completed the 6th grade can join. Members are expected to attend at least 10 activities per program year, which includes:
- Meetings
- Leadership Roles for TLA events
- Community Service Project
- Committee Meeting
- Coordinating a Recreational Activity

Meetings
Meetings are held monthly on the 4th Monday of every month at the Rolling Meadows Meeting Room. Meetings begin at 6:45 p.m. and generally end by 8:15 pm. Snacks or meals are provided at most meetings.

- Community Service activities including food drives, bell ringing, making cards and blankets and more
