Young teens will begin to push limits and test their boundaries.  This can makes parents feel overwhelmed and question their parenting ability.  In response to the need for online parenting information, family scholars from the University of Wisconsin-Extension, Cooperative Extension have developed a website and program that is aimed at parents of tweens and teens throughout the state. Parenthetical combines the functions of a blog, an informational website and a social network. The site is free and accessible 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
