Looking for something to do on a winter Saturday? Family Learning Day has something for everyone in your family. This event is a workshop style where youth can pick different inactive sessions throughout the day to attend. Youth can attend one session or sign up for all four sessions. The event will be held on Saturday, February 22nd, 2020 at UW Oshkosh Fond du Lac Campus.
Feeling crafty? Learn how to paint ceramic pieces, etch glass, or make a CD animal craft. Want to learn something new? Attend a session on mock city council simulation, how to churn your own butter, or learning about vet science. Just want to have some fun? Sign up for woodworking, Fun with Fondant and more! We will also have sessions for adults who are interested in becoming a 4-H volunteer.
While this is a 4-H sponsored event, 4-H membership is not required to participate! There is a fee for 4-H and community participants. Lunch is available for a small fee or you may bring your own bag lunch. Registration opens in January. Don’t wait too long to sign up as registration fills up quickly.
