Come join the Farmers for Healthy Soil – Healthy Water for a showcase of a variety of cover crop mixes and their benefits. Dr. Jamie Patton, Northeast Regional Outreach Specialist for Nutrient and Pest Management for UW-Madison and Extension, will use a soil pit to discuss and demonstrate cover crop root systems, microbiological activity, and soil health.
